I realized that summer is exactly ONE week away when I came across “Every Body is a Beach Body” blackboard post at my gym today. Have you been preparing your body to be a Beach Body this season? If not, make these three easy diet changes in the next 2-3 weeks to lose a few inches/lbs. off your waist before you hit the beach.

I recommend altering your current breakfast with oatmeal instead. Try organic oatmeal and pick a package that hasn’t already been sweetened. You can add a little bit of organic brown sugar for flavor, or add fruits instead. Try adding berries, strawberries, and unsalted nuts to your oatmeal which should enhance the flavor, and give you energy. The second change is cutting bread and rice out of your diet during this time. If you have to eat rice make sure it’s brown, and if you have to eat bread make sure it’s wheat bread. Although if you’re serious about losing the weight I would completely cut bread and rice from my diet.

Third recommendation I have is NOT consuming anything after 8pm unless you’re drinking water. Make sure you re-arrange your schedule for the next few weeks to squeeze in dinner before 8pm every day. If you haven’t been very consistent with your workouts or haven’t been working out at all  this year then it may be too late to make major body transformations by summer, but these three diet changes can help you lose a few inches/lbs. off your waist within the next three weeks. It will give you a flatter tummy at the least. The KEY is to be consistent with these changes and not cheat. These diet-changes have worked for me, and I am confident that it can help you get you one step closer to your best beach body.
