For the last two months, I’ve been sticking to a diet requiring me to drink 3 liters of water a day. To meet this goal, I initially tried drinking six small 20 fl oz bottles daily. However, I kept losing count and had too many kitchen trips at work for refills. Switching to larger bottles was the solution. I opted for a 1.5-liter bottle for work—only needing to finish two of these a day. Its size, though, doesn’t fit well in cup holders. For portability, I use a 1-liter bottle (as shown in the image) when on the go; it’s lighter but still meets three daily servings.
